Nivi is a company specialized in debt collection and business information services. It operates in Italy and internationally, supported by strong collaboration with public bodies (over 650) and private-sector organizations. Since 1960, it has been a leader and pioneer in its field.

Nivi safeguards and enhances the efficiency of public value management through debt collection services. It carries out this activity in strict adherence to the principles of reliability, transparency, and empathy.
The rebranding was designed to sharpen and clearly express this commitment, strengthening Nivi’s role as a ‘strategic partner’ to public institutions and as an enabler of trust-based relationships among citizens, institutions, and businesses.
This concept is embodied in the new payoff, ‘Public Value Management’: a simple commitment from which an essential brand identity naturally derives.
The logotype offsets the two syllables, Ni–Vi, generating a horizon line—a sign that conveys solidity as well as movement and vision. The choice of a minimalist, typography-driven construction expresses an idea of simplicity free from superfluous elements; it enhances name legibility and makes the mark immediate and versatile.
The chromotype—an institutional blue, discreet and elegant—is retained to balance heritage and modernity.
Communication design between balance and movement
The communication design strategy for Nivi adopts an integrated approach across multiple touchpoints, both digital and physical. Print communication—such as corporate brochures and materials dedicated to the various divisions—is characterized by the mirroring of the logotype, which generates chromatic fields that alternate text and imagery within a clean, highly legible layout.
In digital communication (the website, social media pages, logo animations, and institutional videos), a carefully orchestrated hierarchy is implemented through frames, color fields, and graphic compositions that consistently originate from the same mirroring process of the two syllables of the name. It expresses movement, transformation, balance, and transparency.
