The Gility project stems from the recognition of the growing need for reskilling required of companies to stay competitive in the job market. For small and medium-sized enterprises, however, this process is not always straightforward—even though the current landscape offers several funding opportunities.

Inarea supported the company in defining a new approach to training. Gility is not a marketplace, but rather an aggregating platform that works alongside SMEs to build the skills needed in today’s job market. The name, created by Inarea, conveys a sense of accessibility—representing a lean and proactive approach to learning.“Gility” is a simple, straightforward concept that, while rooted in the Italian language, clearly expresses an international ambition.
