Brand Identity as a symbol of unity and strength
The brand identity carries the most important message of this organization: no one should feel alone in the fight against violence against women.
The logotype, created with a custom-designed typeface, layers the three words that make up the Foundation’s name. This alignment grows outward through the size of each word, serving as a metaphor for the strength of women.
The logotype is paired with a vibrant color palette that creates a dynamic play of contrasts. The resulting shapes evoke beams of light that illuminate the message, shining a spotlight on an issue that concerns the whole community
The sound of clapping hands becomes the sonic brand identity
The concept of strength in unity also extends to the brand’s sonic identity. A single, note-free clap—featured in the video—gradually builds into a rhythmic applause, symbolizing collective strength and solidarity. The sonic brand theme, composed by Enrico Giaretta, is short, intuitive, and powerfully delivers its message of unity and self-affirmation.
A clap that supports and celebrates the autonomy and empowerment of women who overcome violence, overturning the usual passive narrative of victimhood.
