The defining characteristics of our Calendar<\/strong> can already be traced back to our early works in the 1980s<\/strong>: still-life photography<\/strong>, sculptural mock-ups<\/strong> made from everyday objects, a white background<\/strong>, and an effective, two-way relationship with words.<\/p>\n

Then as now, the project\u2019s logic is based on subtraction<\/strong>, reducing elements to their purest form<\/strong>. Initially, many creative choices were driven by technical and economic constraints<\/strong>: the images were designed for billboard posters<\/strong>, solid backgrounds required an accuracy that printing houses of the time couldn\u2019t guarantee, and the edges of figures had to remain within the margins to avoid trimming.<\/p>\n

Since 1991<\/strong>, when the first edition was released, we have established a recognizable language<\/strong>, always true to a principle of quality<\/strong>. The charm of our calendars<\/strong> still lies in the craftsmanship<\/strong> with which they are created and in their compositional structure<\/strong>\u2014the mock-up<\/strong>, which reproduces something tangible rather than a mere combination of pre-existing, digitally reworked images.<\/p>\n

It is not just the impact of the forms<\/strong> that matters, but also the photogenic quality of the composition<\/strong> and its three-dimensionality<\/strong>\u2014the magic of an image so striking that it tempts you to reach out and touch the page<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Calendar<\/strong> is a metaphor<\/strong>, or rather, a collection of metaphors. The first is conveyed through the images themselves; the second, more subtle, refers to the dedicated people<\/strong> who, with passion and patience<\/strong>, take on this challenge every year; the third represents the vision and mission<\/strong> that underlie our work.<\/p>\n

Our goal is to bring to life the idea of the future<\/strong> that a business, organization, institution, product, or service<\/strong> seeks to establish.<\/p>\n

A fantastical and visionary aquarium<\/strong>, where one can feel as comfortable as a fish in water<\/strong>\u2014all year long! It is a visual journey through joyful, vibrant, and ironic icons<\/strong>, infused with life and serenity<\/strong>, just like the wonders found in seas, rivers, and lakes.<\/p>\n

Yet, beneath its surface, Aquarium<\/strong> holds a subtle metaphor in its name: in a world that constantly observes us, what if we were the fish in the aquarium<\/strong>?<\/p>\n
